On November 2nd, Principal Chungwei Su spoke at Taiwan Architects Association to share the study results of “Interdisciplinary Workshop: Next Generation of Senior Living”.
The study was a joint venture conducted by JJP and PUJEN Land Development and cooperated with various fields of experts and users. The study centered on the phenomenon of Taiwan’s aging society. Nowadays, People tended to invest their property on housing to save the money for retirement. However, the thought would be totally outdated in the next 20 years. The concepts of universal designs, less private spaces but more public spaces will be the new features of the next generation of living. Only breaks the margin of tradition living habits will people benefit themselves.
In the conclusion, Mr. Su added that JJP would like to take this opportunity to bring more positive effects to the society as architects and create a better tomorrow for all ages.
