Taiwan Fertilizer held the grand opening ceremony for the TFC ONE commercial office on August 10th. This building was commissioned to JJP and aims to help Taiwan Fertilizer transform their brand image. The building contains both retail and office space to facilitate the expansion of commercial energy through the surrounding area.

In order to attract crowds, the design of the project applies a welcoming stepping plaza to its podium (from first to third floor), which connects to the tower building. Levels four and above are offices which expect to form a site of incubation and innovation, and are expected to become a beacon in the neighborhood. The building also aims to obtain Gold in Green Building and Silver in Intelligent Building Certifications.
