“PROMISES” – Design sharing of NTUH cancer center hospital published by Yong-Lin Healthcare Foundation and J.J.Pan & Partners

Signing Ceremony of the 15 billion NT$ donation to National Taiwan University, on behalf of Yong Lin Foundation to build a 500 beds cancer center hospital along with series of research collaboration was held on September 4th in 2007. This charity project targets to become the leader of medical facilities with outstanding design, advanced medical equipment, patient-centered planning and evidence based design in global Chinese society.

The book “PROMISES” documented the footage of design team’s effort of utilization’s first full scale mock-up study in hospital design.This tool book with its cross-over design dialogue between medical expertise and architecture planning will set the guideline & one of the most up-to-date resources for healthcare facilities

In hopes, the publication of the team’s progressive record would usher further sub-sequential devotions thus lead to the ultimate success of NTUH’s cancer fighting endeavors.
