The six story building has two levels of underground parking, while the upper floors are zoned for testing factories, research laboratories and administration. Construction is reinforced concrete below grade and steel frame above, sheathed in a combination of curtain wall and glazed tile. Total floor area is 25,500 sq.m., construction cost is NT$398,400,000, completion date, 1995.
