Located in southern Tainan Science Park, the west side of the project borders the major north-south axis and the core of the greenbelt.

The design concept employs the client’s primary product “epitaxial wafer,” taking advantage of the sequence of layer deposition, to echo upon the horizontally stacking office building. The double-layered Low-E glazed curtain implies the weaving connection between the CPU and the circuit components, creating diverse silhouettes vocabulary for the corporate. The dynamic arrangement ratio of the "aluminum extrusion profiles walls" also help to define the interior space and optimize the feature of the areas. 

The tall trees at the west visually aligns the greenery to the waterscape, creating a pleasant staff entrance and a welcome plaza, to deliver the image of a headquarters. The introduction of the natural light, wind and Low-E glass accomplishes the client’s contribution to its belief in environmental sustainability.

The design team completes the projects in only two years from design concept to substantial completion. The whole process shows the meticulous performance of design integration and efficiency. The building’s outlook echoes upon the client’s corporate culture and delivers a wonderful space for both office and manufacturing.
