The site situates at the south side of the intersection of Hongqi N. Road and Ziya River S Road, Hongqiao District. With rich cultural and Natural scenery resource, it is a valuable parcel of land for commercial and residential development.

To echo the special townscape of Tianjin which merges the East and West, ancient &modern characteristics, the site plan place the residential buildings on the south side to capture the scenery of Ziya River, building elevations incorporate the natural twisting and blending of the surrounding site to form a harmonious green environment.

In recognition of the “street front” commercial activities locally, the shops which adopt Taiwan culture &creative enterprises form the basic mall perimeter grouping, accented by the two office towers at two ends. The office towers will help to supply the shortage of office space in the area.
