Delta Americas Headquarter, designed by J.J.Pan & Partners, is selected as the cover story of Taiwan Architect Magazine in November 2016, No. 503. Located in Fremont, California. Construction of the project was completed at the end of 2015. Delta Americas is designed as a green building of innovative energy system affiliated with energy efficient products, demonstrating the concept of sustainability and environment-friendliness.
The project obtained LEED Platinum certification in September 2016 and is expected to realize the goal of “Net Zero Energy”. Delta Americas presents a model building of intelligence and energy efficiency, whether at home or abroad.
Designed in Taiwan and constructed in America, it took 5 years for Mr. Joshua Jih Pan, FAIA, and his project team to complete this project. In addition to sharing the joy with Delta, the project also reiterates J.J.Pan & Partners` sustainable development philosophy as to ‘Think Globally, Act Locally’.
