JJP has won the project for National Chengchi University(NCCU) Center for Public and Business Administration Education(CPBAE) with its turn-key team members, Li Jin Engineering and Jehng Long Engineering.

The site is near the popular tourist spot, Yongkang street, and surrounding neighborhood also expects that the reconstruction shall bring new energy to the surroundings.

The design concept applies 4 axes, human culture, biological environment, innovation and community  to unite a future innovative blueprint. Such a concept caught the judge's attention at the first sight and turned into the key to win this competition. JJP also hopes to contribute to the society via this project.
