Joshua Pan, FAIA, won Man of the Year of Chinese Hospital Architecture & Equipment Craftsmanship Award.
During the past 40-year, Mr. Pan has been developing design ideas with professional thinking and insight in various site conditions and limited budgets. Though a sustainable perspective, by taking care of “nature, human, environment, and technology,” he has continued dedicating to social welfare, especially hospitals and healthcare facilities. With the mentioned human-oriented motto, he has demonstrated how an architect should behave.
The “Chinese Hospital Architecture & Equipment Craftsmanship Award” is an academic award founded by CHAA and its media. This award aims to discover and recognize the architects who have made outstanding contributions in related to the “the most advanced Hospital” to carry forward the craftsmanship spirit.
