At the invitation of the 2019 Architecture Society of China Annual Event, Mr. Su Chungwei delivered a speech themed “Talents Incubating” in the forum in Suzhou on May 23rd.

With years of teaching experience and practice, Mr. Su puts forward his views on today’s architectural education in the perspectives of in-school and in-career. He not only proposed the training of “design thinking & methodology, application and systematic solutions to respond to contemporary issues but encouraged the academia shall strengthen the active interaction between the architectural profession and practice experience, and make substantial improvements to the human living space.
